​Originated in the heart of the Fashion District in NYC​, CHL. is a designer, manufacturer, importer and distributor of ​women's apparel.  Our Company integrates contemporary trends and styles with efficient and timely manufacturing.

The founders of the firm - Cynthia Nikitiades-Maglione, Helen He, and David Landau - have over 80 years of combined experience and have worked with some of the nation's largest retailers.  Our garments are designed and manufactured with the highest regard for quality and care - to us, our reputation, relationships and repeat customer satisfaction are everything.  We have an office in Shanghai solely dedicated to quality control since most of our products are made overseas.  Given our connections with some of Asia's best factories, we are able to work more quickly and efficiently than the competition while still maintaining our high standards for the look and quality of our products.

We currently operate under the labels FORCYNTHIA and FOXLAND as well as many private labels for large retailers.
